Do I have to tear off my existing shingles?
As long as there is only 1 layer of shingles on your house (and they aren’t badly damaged), we install our panels over them without having to tear them off.
Will it be noisy when it rains?
There is no noise increase because the insulation in the attic is what deadens the noise.
Will my new metal roof attract Lightning?
Studies show that a metal roof will not make your house more or less likely to be hit by Lightning. Lightning is going to seek out the highest point, regardless of composition.
Will I need to install snow blocks on my metal roof?
By utilizing our “crinkle finish” metals, you may not need to install snow blocks. This is highly dependent on the slope of your roof.
